Together as a church family we raise funds, above & beyond our regular tithes & offerings, in support of Missions projects locally & around the world. We invite you to review the list below & contribute as the Lord moves on your heart. We look forward to all that God will do through your generous gift.
Our brand new goal this October was $90,000. and we want to give God all the glory and say a huge thank you to everybody who gave in this missions convention. Together we raise $131,565.27!!! Make sure to stay tuned to find out where all the extra money is going. THANK YOU JESUS!
Supporting Missions @ MCA
“Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.” – Matthew 28:19-20
Do you desire to see change in our world? Have you ever witnessed a natural disaster or a disease that has destroyed a nation? Have you ever come across a homeless person and said to yourself, “I wish I could do something to help people in need”? We have great news…YOU CAN DO SOMETHING!
Our Missionaries
Ilya & Janet Bantseev
Missionaries in Russia
The Bantseevs are pastoring a church of approximately 1,000 people in Novokuznetsk, a city of 600,000 people. Their congregation ministers in prisons, orphanages, and to people with life controlling problems or addictions. They also organize various ministry and missionary teams to plant churches throughout Siberia and share the gospel with professional groups such as doctors, athletes, government officials and police.
Michel & Louise Charbonneau
Missionaries in Haiti
After having worked in Ivory Coast for nine years, the Charbonneaus felt called to Haiti in 1996. They began a church for children and youth, where weekly meetings are held in their backyard.
Peter & Patricia DeWit
Missionaries in France
We started our missionary life in Quebec, learning French and planting churches. We moved to Thailand in 1991, where we served for 22 years! Then off to Europe after much prayer and a life-threatening circumstance for Peter. We served in Germany for a year caring for missionary kids at an international School called Black Forest Academy. For the last two years we have been in Paris France.
Linda Duncalfe
Missionaries in Uganda
Linda has served in International Missions since 1983, initially at the PAOC International office. She moved with her family to Uganda in 2005 to work with Watoto Child Care Ministries, returning to Canada in 2011. In 2015 she began working with the Pentecostal Assemblies of God in Uganda with a focus on discipleship and young adult ministry.
Kirk & Shelley Kauffeldt
Missionaries Worldwide
Having served for 19 years outside of Canada, we transitioned in 2018 to be Canadian-based, and Missionaries in Residence at Summit Pacific College.
Brenda Kean
Missionary in Kenya
Our mission is to meet spiritual and physical needs throughout the city of Nairobi. We do this by creating jobs for widows and single mothers through the trade of sewing and provide the care and protection for their children through education and health care.
Linda Veldhuizen
Missionaries in Philippines
Since 1989, Linda has served as the director of Noah’s Ark Home for Children in a small town 10 hours from the capital of Manila. There are presently 36 children being cared for with help from Canadian sponsors through ChildCARE Plus.
Scott & Melissa Williams
Missionaries in Spain
The issue: Spain, with 47 million people, is a fully post-Christian secular nation. Less than 1 million or 1% go to an evangelical church. Through community group and business, we work to build relationships and create an opportunity for God to lead in transformation. (Matthew 5:14-16)
Every April and October our focus is Missions. Our goal is to raise funds for specific projects both in our community and around the world.
This April our goal is $90,000!
